For the Flora development, Sotheby’s is responsible for the sale of selected apartments within a larger project that combines residential apartments with the future Flora Boutique Hotel.

The project

Sotheby’s International Realty Curaçao wanted to strengthen the visual content used to market the apartments within the Flora development.

With the project still under development, traditional photography could not yet show potential buyers what the completed property would look and feel like. Architectural renders were available, but there was an opportunity to turn these into more realistic and engaging visuals that could better communicate the future experience of the development.

Caribbean Legacy was brought in to create this additional visual content for the sales and marketing of the project.

Our approach

We combined existing architectural renders with AI and original content production to create a more realistic impression of the future Flora development.

For the interiors, we transformed renders into realistic visualizations with furniture, materials and interior details, helping potential buyers better understand how the spaces could eventually look and feel.

For the exterior, we produced drone footage of the existing location and combined this with renders of the future development. This allowed us to place the planned buildings within their actual surroundings and provide a clearer impression of the completed project before construction was finished.

By combining architectural visualization, AI and real-world footage, we were able to bridge the gap between the plans and the future property, giving Sotheby’s stronger visual material to support the marketing of the apartments.

SkyBeach Resort – Vertical Drama

About the client

SkyBeach Resort is a beachfront resort in St. Petersburg, Florida, offering a waterfront stay with accommodations, dining, leisure facilities and direct access to the Tampa Bay coastline.
With the resort as the setting, we explored a different approach to hospitality content: instead of simply showcasing the property, we made it part of the story.

The project

Caribbean Legacy partnered with Cris Molina Photo to develop a branded vertical drama pilot for SkyBeach Resort.

Vertical drama is designed around short, episodic storytelling for mobile platforms. For this pilot, we wanted to explore how the format could work when a hospitality brand is integrated into the concept from the very beginning.

Instead of developing a story first and finding a suitable location afterwards, SkyBeach became the starting point. The resort, its spaces and the experiences it offers helped shape the story itself.

Our approach

We developed the concept specifically around SkyBeach and worked with creators who played versions of themselves. Their personalities and dynamics were incorporated into the storyline, helping the episodes feel natural to both the setting and the people appearing in them.

Throughout the production, the resort was treated as more than a backdrop. Different spaces and experiences at SkyBeach became part of the narrative, allowing the property to be featured naturally without interrupting the story with traditional promotional messaging.

The vertical format also allowed us to think beyond a single branded video. The production was designed around episodic content, with opportunities to create teasers, social clips, photography and behind-the-scenes material around the main story.

The result was a pilot that explored a different model for hospitality content: combining entertainment, creator-led storytelling and brand integration in a format designed specifically for social viewing.

The Pyrmont Curaçao

About the client

The Pyrmont Curaçao is a new adults-only, all-inclusive beach resort in Curaçao and part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Located on the island’s southern coast near historic Willemstad and Pietermaai, the resort combines contemporary Caribbean hospitality with two carefully restored 19th-century landmarks.

The project

With The Pyrmont still under development, there was a need to communicate what the future resort would look and feel like before people could experience it themselves.

Caribbean Legacy was brought in to create visual content for two different purposes. The first was a digital invitation for The Pyrmont’s job fair, giving potential employees an early impression of the environment they could soon be working in.

The second was a video aimed at the wider public, introducing the future resort and providing a more realistic impression of the property based on the available architectural renders.

Our approach

For both productions, we used AI to bridge the gap between architectural visualization and a more realistic representation of the future resort.

For the job fair, we created a digital video invitation that combined recruitment communication with visuals of The Pyrmont. This allowed potential employees to get an impression of the resort before attending the event and before the property itself was completed.

For the public-facing video, we worked with the existing architectural renders and enhanced them to feel more photorealistic and less like traditional architectural visualizations. We then brought these images to life through video, creating a more immersive impression of the spaces, atmosphere and overall experience planned for The Pyrmont.

Using AI as part of the production process made it possible to communicate a property that did not yet physically exist in a way that felt closer to the final guest experience.

Tu Casa is a property management and vacation rental company in Curaçao. The company supports homeowners with the day-to-day management and rental of their properties, while also helping travelers find vacation homes for their stay on the island.

With both services operating under the Tu Casa name, the company serves two very different audiences: property owners looking for a reliable local partner and travelers looking for a vacation rental in Curaçao.

The project

In 2026, Tu Casa approached Caribbean Legacy to renew its website and strengthen its social media presence.

One of the main considerations was how to communicate Tu Casa’s two sides more effectively. While property management and vacation rentals are closely connected within the business, they serve different audiences with different needs.

For homeowners, the focus is on professional property management, local support and taking care of their property. For travelers, the focus is on discovering Curaçao, finding the right accommodation and planning their stay.

The project therefore included a complete website renewal alongside a new social media strategy that could give both sides of the business a clearer position.

Our approach

We started by separating the two audiences on social media. Instead of trying to communicate everything through one account, we created dedicated channels for Tu Casa Vastgoedbeheer and Tu Casa Vakantieverhuur, each with its own content strategy.

For Tu Casa Vastgoedbeheer, the content focuses on property owners and the practical side of owning and renting out a home in Curaçao. Tu Casa Vakantieverhuur takes a more travel-oriented approach, combining the available vacation homes with useful and inspiring content about staying on and exploring the island.

At the same time, we redesigned the Tu Casa website from the ground up. The new website creates a clearer structure for the different services and properties, while making it easier for both homeowners and potential guests to find the information relevant to them.

By approaching the website and social media as part of the same communication strategy, Tu Casa now has a clearer foundation for reaching both audiences without trying to speak to everyone in the same way.

The Ombudsman of Curaçao is an independent institution that investigates complaints about government bodies and their actions. Through its annual reports, the Ombudsman provides insight into its activities, cases and key statistics from the previous year.

The project

The Ombudsman of Curaçao wanted to make the key statistics from its annual report more accessible through video.

Rather than relying solely on the full written report, the aim was to present important figures and information in a clear visual format that could be shared with a broader audience.

Caribbean Legacy was brought in to transform the provided script and statistics into an animated video. After creating the first edition, we continued the format for the following annual report, producing the statistical videos for both 2024 and 2025.

Our approach

For each edition, we used the visual identity of that year’s annual report as the starting point for the animation.

We translated its colors, graphic elements and overall design into motion graphics, creating a video that felt like a natural extension of the report rather than a separate communication piece.

The supplied statistics were visualized through animated typography, graphics and transitions to make the information easier to follow on screen. Caribbean Legacy also arranged the voice-over, bringing the visual and spoken information together into one clear presentation.

By maintaining the same approach across multiple editions while adapting the design to each annual report, the videos provide the Ombudsman with an accessible way to communicate its annual statistics beyond the written publication.

LionsDive Beach Resort is a beachfront resort in Curaçao, located directly on Mambo Beach. The resort combines accommodation, restaurants, leisure facilities and guest services, supported by a team working across many different roles.

The project

LionsDive Beach Resort wanted to create a recruitment video that would give potential employees an impression of the different roles and working environments within the resort.

Rather than explaining each position individually, the video follows different team members during recognizable moments throughout the resort. From preparing a guest room to welcoming guests at the front desk, each scene provides a glimpse into a different part of working at LionsDive.

Caribbean Legacy was brought in to handle the video production and translate the concept into a dynamic staff video of approximately 60 seconds.

Our approach

We focused the production on showing the variety of roles through action rather than explanation. Each scene was built around an actual task or service moment, allowing viewers to quickly understand the different working environments within the resort.

By moving between departments and locations, the video creates a broader impression of what it is like to be part of the LionsDive team while also showcasing the resort itself as the workplace.

The final video brings these different roles together in one energetic production that LionsDive can use as part of its recruitment communication.

About the client

Banco di Caribe is a financial institution with a long-standing presence in Curaçao and the wider Dutch Caribbean. The bank provides personal and business banking services and serves customers across different stages of their financial lives.

For this campaign, Banco di Caribe wanted to connect specifically with people who currently receive, or will soon start receiving, their AOV allowance in Curaçao.

The project

Banco di Caribe asked Caribbean Legacy to develop an integrated campaign aimed at people in Curaçao who currently receive, or will soon start receiving, their AOV.

The objective was to encourage more people to receive their AOV through a Banco di Caribe account, either by opening a new account or transferring their AOV payments to an existing one.

As part of the campaign, customers who receive their AOV through Banco di Caribe automatically have a chance to win XCG 1,000 every month for one year. The campaign needed to communicate this offer clearly while reinforcing trust, personal service and the security of receiving AOV payments through Banco di Caribe.

Our approach

Rather than making the monthly prize the central message, we developed the campaign around appreciation.

The creative concept recognizes the generation that helped shape Curaçao: people who spent decades working, caring for others, sharing their knowledge and contributing to the community. The idea was to acknowledge everything this generation has given and connect that recognition naturally to Banco di Caribe being there for them during this next stage of life.

We translated the concept into a complete Papiamentu campaign for the Curaçao market. A 30-second TV commercial formed the heart of the campaign, supported by a radio commercial, social media content, Google Ads and newspaper advertising.

Across each medium, the same message and visual direction were maintained. The monthly XCG 1,000 raffle provided a clear incentive, while appreciation, trust and personal service remained at the center of the campaign.

The project

The Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations commissioned Caribbean Legacy to create an animated explainer video about the Wet bescherming tegen discriminatie on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.

The video needed to explain what the legislation means in practice for people living on the islands, as well as for businesses and organizations. It also needed to provide clear information about what people can do and where they can turn if they experience discrimination.

With a legal subject that can quickly become complex, the goal was to make the information understandable and accessible to a broad audience across Caribbean Netherlands.

Our approach

We started by translating the key information into a clear script that explained the legislation in an accessible way without losing the meaning behind it.

From there, we developed the video entirely through motion graphics. The animation followed the required visual identity while using illustrations, typography and movement to break the information down into clear, easy-to-follow sections.

By combining scriptwriting and animation, we turned a complex legal topic into a concise visual explanation designed specifically for audiences on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba.

The Wine Factory is a wine retailer in Curaçao offering a broad selection of wines and other beverages through its physical store and online shop. Customers can visit the store for personal advice and wine tasting or order online and have their selection delivered across the island.

The project

The Wine Factory secured a 15-second advertising spot in the onboard video shown on Corendon flights between the Netherlands and Curaçao.

With travelers already on their way to the island, the commercial offered an opportunity to introduce The Wine Factory before they arrived. In just 15 seconds, the video needed to communicate the different ways customers can buy wine: visiting the store, ordering online or having an order delivered directly to their accommodation.

Caribbean Legacy was brought in to translate the initial idea into a short, fast-paced commercial designed specifically for this onboard advertising opportunity.

Our approach

We developed the production around the journey from ordering a bottle to enjoying it on vacation.

The commercial moves quickly between a vacation setting, The Wine Factory store, the ordering process, warehouse and delivery. Visual transitions connect each step, allowing the complete process to be communicated within the limited 15-second runtime.

Rather than trying to explain the service through extensive dialogue, the production relies heavily on recognizable actions and visual storytelling. Customers browse and order, the order moves through The Wine Factory’s operation, and the journey ends back at the vacation accommodation with the wine ready to enjoy.

This resulted in a compact commercial that introduces The Wine Factory to travelers at a highly relevant moment: while they are already on their way to Curaçao.

The project

Caribbean Legacy was commissioned to produce a series of promotional videos showcasing the complete Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort experience.

The challenge was to capture the resort as more than just a place to stay. Within a single production, the videos needed to communicate the atmosphere of the resort while highlighting its diverse facilities, including accommodation, dining, beach experiences and the on-site dive center. At the same time, the content needed to position Bonaire itself as an attractive travel destination for international visitors.

To maximize the value of the production, the project was developed as a complete content package with multiple deliverables for different marketing purposes.

Our approach

Caribbean Legacy managed the entire production process, from planning and on-location filming to editing and final delivery.

Working with professional models across multiple resort locations, we combined cinematic storytelling with lifestyle imagery to create an authentic and inviting representation of the guest experience. The production also incorporated the resort’s restaurant, Biña, and the on-site scuba diving operation, showcasing the variety of experiences available to visitors throughout their stay.

Alongside the main resort film, Caribbean Legacy produced several dedicated edits focusing individually on the resort, the restaurant and the diving experience. By developing multiple videos from a single production, the client received a versatile content library suitable for tourism marketing across a variety of digital and promotional platforms.
