About the client
LionsDive Beach Resort is a beachfront resort in Curaçao, located directly on Mambo Beach. The resort combines accommodation, restaurants, leisure facilities and guest services, supported by a team working across many different roles.

The project
LionsDive Beach Resort wanted to create a recruitment video that would give potential employees an impression of the different roles and working environments within the resort.
Rather than explaining each position individually, the video follows different team members during recognizable moments throughout the resort. From preparing a guest room to welcoming guests at the front desk, each scene provides a glimpse into a different part of working at LionsDive.
Caribbean Legacy was brought in to handle the video production and translate the concept into a dynamic staff video of approximately 60 seconds.
Our approach
We focused the production on showing the variety of roles through action rather than explanation. Each scene was built around an actual task or service moment, allowing viewers to quickly understand the different working environments within the resort.
By moving between departments and locations, the video creates a broader impression of what it is like to be part of the LionsDive team while also showcasing the resort itself as the workplace.
The final video brings these different roles together in one energetic production that LionsDive can use as part of its recruitment communication.
