The partnership
In 2025, Caribbean Legacy was commissioned to develop a new brand video that presents Beton Industrie Brievengat through the perspective of its customers.
Rather than producing a traditional corporate video focused solely on manufacturing, the objective was to combine five previously separate video concepts into one continuous story that follows the complete customer journey. From the initial idea and quotation process to production, quality control, transportation and final delivery, the video needed to demonstrate how BIB supports its customers every step of the way.
The production was designed for multiple applications, including television, cinema and digital marketing, while also providing shorter edits for online campaigns and social media.
Our approach
Instead of presenting the company department by department, we developed a storytelling concept that naturally guides viewers through the entire customer experience. This approach allowed us to showcase every stage of the process while keeping the video engaging and easy to follow.
To bring the story to life, our team filmed across BIB’s offices, production facilities, laboratory, transportation operations and multiple distribution locations. Every stage of the production process was carefully integrated into a single narrative, emphasizing craftsmanship, quality control, reliability and customer service.
In addition to the promotional video campaign, Caribbean Legacy also developed a 360° virtual tour, allowing customers and partners to explore the company’s facilities through an interactive digital experience.
By combining cinematic storytelling with industrial production, interactive content and multi-platform delivery, Caribbean Legacy transformed a complex manufacturing process into a compelling brand story that communicates both the quality of BIB’s products and the value of its customer-focused approach.
