The project
Following a successful collaboration in 2023, during which Caribbean Legacy produced BlueFinn’s promotional tour videos, we were asked to develop a new series of instructional videos for their jet ski and buggy tours.
The objective was to provide participants with a clear and engaging introduction before the start of their excursion. The videos needed to communicate safety instructions, operating procedures, tour guidelines and important do’s and don’ts, while remaining accessible and easy to follow for an international audience.
A key challenge was finding the right balance between information and engagement. Rather than creating traditional safety briefings, the goal was to develop instructional content that visitors would actually watch, understand and remember.
Our approach
To make the information more approachable, we developed a host-driven video format featuring an on-screen presenter who guides participants through the tour instructions and safety guidelines. This allowed the videos to feel more personal, engaging and easy to follow than a standard instructional presentation.
Our team combined clear demonstrations with visual examples of the vehicles, equipment and tour environments, helping participants better understand both the operation of the vehicles and the rules they are expected to follow throughout the experience.
By combining educational content with professional production quality, the final videos help BlueFinn Charters improve guest preparation, communicate important safety information and create a more consistent experience for participants before the tour even begins.
